Shipping Policy

All heyhey.press orders are made to order. For most products, processing takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery within the US typically takes 5–10 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.

Shipping is included in quoted prices unless otherwise noted. For items purchased through our Shopify store, shipping rates are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Please note: Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns unless defective. International buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
